About the Founder
RJ Bianculli founded Planet B Solutions to bridge the gap between fast growing demand for Sustainability, Financial and Operational expertise and the market need for well-rounded, experienced, and passionate client focused firms.
RJ spent 17 years in the CPG space developing and bringing to market what is now one of the largest stand-alone environmental disposable brands in the United States. He spent 8 years as Managing Director, served on several industry boards, and has been awarded prestigious achievements including Forbes 30 under 30 nomination, Griffin 40 under 40, and the President’s Award from the Society of Hospitality and Foodservice Management. RJ has been featured as a guest speaker at prestigious institutions/events including Columbia University, Citi, Seatrade International Miami, and the International Restaurant show in New York City. He has also been cited and interviewed in dozens of publications regarding his work and expertise in the environmental field. RJ has extensive experience in sustainable manufacturing and distribution, corporate finance, macro-economics, regulatory compliance, social/sustainable Impact strategies, global supply chains/global sourcing, marketing and corporate communications.
